Conversely, what you want to do or get out of BDSM in SL probably affects your perception of SL. Though physical safety can be ignored, a bad scene or relationship can do emotional or spiritual harm in a variety of ways. How does one inoculate herself against harm before entering into a scene or relationship?

Discussion 3/26/2014 Pony Miss Melody

Death of Ratna Markova
What a melancholic period for me and many Cellar members!
I am very sad to mention the death of the person we knew as Ratna Markova. She died after a period of 4 weeks in hospital this month. She had suffered ill health from a TB infection gained years ago and I am guessing this was a contributory factor.
I have now lost two of my closest friends and former subs due to RL death.
Our condolences to her sub, moni and her partner Angela.

Death of Selena Petrovic 28th August 2013
Some of you are aware that the person we knew as Selena Petrovic suddenly disappeared from SL at the end of August. I have now been reliably informed that she died suddenly on the 28th August, and was buried back in Northern Ireland in early September. Although I feared the worst this is a big shock to me. Although occasionally infuriating and overbearing, she helped many people in SL and was loved by many.
The cellar is now being run by Moni and Shaia at a new location. Please give them your support in this.

The old "The Cellar Friends" group is now officially closed. Thanks to the extremely hard work of the Cellar kitten, moni, everyone has been migrated over to the main group.
